I'm Jaz. I run Collab Works.

Before this, I spent over a decade in enterprise product roles: leading teams, shaping roadmaps, and sitting in the rooms where big, slow decisions get made. I've seen what good product thinking looks like from the inside, and how rarely it reaches organisations that could really use it.

Collab Works exists because most of that expertise stays locked inside large companies that can afford full product teams. Smaller businesses, founders and charities are often making the same kinds of decisions, with less support, less time, and less room for mistakes. I wanted to bring the same thinking to them, without the overhead of a full-time hire.

That's the whole idea. Start with the result that matters, be honest about what's getting in the way and use the right mix of structured decisions, team-level change and hands-on delivery to move it forward.
